I’ve cut out sweets slowly the last couple days. But, today was my “cheat” day so I took a bite of some baked goods, a couple sips of hot chocolate, an asian pear, and some sweet potato yogurt pie (just mashed sweet potato, yogurt, and a dash of honey and cinnamon).
I feel a little weird, almost a little high. It’s weird and unnatural. IT’s interesting to feel how your body processes certain nutrients. It’s almost a light headed feeling, and I can almost feel the sugar going through my body.
Any one else feel this way?
